Responsibilities
- พัฒนาสูตรอาหารและขนมตามแนวคิดที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เหมาะสมกับกระบวนการผลิตที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับทีมควบคุมคุณภาพในการตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น
- จัดทำเอกสารคู่มือการผลิตสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- รายงานผลการดำเนินงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ฝึกอบรมผู้ทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ (Panelist) เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคแก่บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต
- จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการปฏิบัติงานให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
- ร่วมควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตในโรงงาน OEM ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร (Food Science)
- ประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไปในงานวิจัยและพัฒนา (R&D) ด้านอาหารและขนมขบเคี้ยว
- ความสามารถในการพัฒนาสูตรอาหารและความคิดสร้างสรรค์
- ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการผลิตอาหารและขนมขบเคี้ยว
- ทักษะการติดต่อประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- ความละเอียดรอบคอบในการปฏิบัติงาน
- ความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้ดี
