Responsibilities
- ดูแลและพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของระบบ Contact Center และ CRM
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางธุรกิจเพื่อนำมาออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบ Automation
- บริหารจัดการโครงการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบไอทีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงาน
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายในและผู้จำหน่ายภายนอกในการนำโซลูชันใหม่ๆ มาใช้งาน
- จัดทำเอกสารประกอบระบบ คู่มือการใช้งาน และรายงานความคืบหน้าของโครงการ
- ติดตามและประเมินผลการทำงานของระบบที่พัฒนา เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- นำเสนอแนวทางและเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาระบบหรือบริหารจัดการการดำเนินงานไอที 7-10 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในระบบ Contact Center, CRM, Automation และ System Development
- ประสบการณ์บริหารจัดการโครงการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบ
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา การสื่อสาร และการนำเสนอที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมข้ามสายงานและผู้จำหน่ายภายนอก
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมบริการ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
