Responsibilities
- Control standard time, Line Balance, Production Capacity and Improvement activity to ensure quality, efficiency and safety.
- Set and maintain stamping parameters (Stroke, Die Height), Spot Welding Parameter (Current, time, force), And Caulking force, stroke, positioning with accuracy.
- Monitor Die and Electrode condition and coordinate with Mold Engineer for do Preventive Maintenance.
- Analyze defects and damages such as burr, crack, wrinkle, weak weld, Expulsion, Burn, Loose, Misalignment, etc.
- Co-operate with Design Engineer regarding the quality and New Model for trial new die or cost down project.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Mold Engineer to support Kaizen and Continuous improvement activities to improve cycle time and machine utilization.
- Control production section document follow ISO requirement. Included safety and 5S in working area.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Production or any related fields. (New graduates are welcome).
- Skilled in using AutoCAD or SolidWorks for technical drawings and design-related tasks.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in teams.
