Responsibilities
- Control and monitor PCS system and all production line processes to ensure smooth operation and efficiency.
- Control and manage calibration tooling processes in production.
- Analyze and troubleshoot problems related to jigs, tools, and production equipment.
- Coordinate and control vendor supply for ISO and Poly materials to meet production requirements.
- Support and control new model implementation for production processes.
- Improve production processes to increase productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare related production and process control reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Good understanding of computer standards and production system control.
- At least 2 years of experience in production engineering, calibration process, or quality control systems.
- Good at problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
