Responsibilities
- Monitor and track daily and monthly production targets, and analyze production processes to ensure efficiency and achievement of production goals.
- Oversee production machinery, equipment, and copper piping systems to ensure smooth operation, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare and maintain production-related documents, coordinate with other departments, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Develop and establish standard time for each production process and product model according to factory standards.
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, or related fields.
- At least 1 years of experience in production engineering or the home appliances business would be an advantage.
- Skilled in using AutoCAD or SolidWorks; ability to operate CNC machines is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in teams.
