Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate spare parts orders for domestic and international customers.
- Ensure spare parts availability and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor and update order progress, production schedules, shipment status, and document to support on-time delivery.
- Manage and resolve issues related to spare parts availability, production, and delivery.
- Prepare order data reports and spare parts status to support operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration/Management or any related fields.
- Experience in purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, engineering, or parts/production control will be an advantage.
- Good teamwork skills and good English or Chinese communication skills.
- SAP or other ERP experience is a plus.
