Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve in-process quality issues by performing Root Cause Analysis and implement preventive actions.
- Support and coordinate with Production, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality problems.
- Conduct Process Audits and follow up on corrective actions for found non-conformances.
- Create and update quality inspection documents, including Inspection Standards.
- Track and drive the reduction of waste, including defects, rework, and scrap on production lines.
- Drive Quality Improvement and Cost Reduction activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Production, or a related field).
- At least 2 years of experience in QA, QC, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Skilled in using AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Skilled in utilizing precision measuring tools.
- Good English communication skills.
