Export Operations Officer - Sharp Appliances (Thailand) Co.,Ltd

Prepare and monitor shipping schedules, export entries, and required export documentation, ensuring all documents are complete and up to date.

Review the Monthly Production Plan and coordinate new model or model-change information for export and related processes.

Prepare basic cost calculations, price lists, and part-list declarations for local and imported parts, including coordination with Purchasing and relevant departments.

Manage and maintain GSP, RVC, and Self-Certification information and reports, including submission and updates.

Prepare and manage Power of Attorney (POA) documents for Basic Cost Submission and Self-Certification, including Certified Exporter registration and renewal under the Self-Certification Pilot Program.

Coordinate with Japan, internal departments, MOC, DFT, and other relevant parties regarding export, certification, documentation, and related inquiries.

Follow company rules, policies, and targets, participate in activities such as Q6S, R-CAT, Energy Saving, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields.

Good teamwork skills and good English communication skills.

SAP or other ERP experience is a plus.

Experience in Import & Export, Freight Forwarder, International Business is an advantage.
