Responsibilities

       ·       Perform preventive maintenance activities according to the maintenance plan.

·       Monitor and improve machine performance to ensure equipment readiness and reliability.

·       Control and manage the maintenance budget.

·       Prepare maintenance-related documents and reports.

·       Promote and ensure workplace safety in maintenance operations.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineer, Electrical Engineer or related fields.

·       Experience at least 3 years in Production Department and at least 1 year of experience as a team leader or maintenance supervisor.

·       Experience in an electrical appliance manufacturing environment will be an advance.

·       Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.

·       Good in English conversation.

Job Summary

In this Maintenance Supervisor Production role, you will be responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance activities according to established plans, ensuring optimal equipment readiness and reliability. You will actively monitor and improve machine performance, contributing to continuous operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include controlling and managing the maintenance budget, preparing essential maintenance-related documents and reports, and rigorously promoting and ensuring workplace safety across all maintenance operations. This position is key to maintaining smooth and effective production processes within the organization.
