Test Engineer (โรงงาน ปราจีนบุรี) - Team Precision Public Company Limited

• Set up functional testers to support daily production.
• Take a leading role in resolving tester-related issues and minimize tester downtime to avoid any impact on shipment delivery.
• Provide failure analysis on failed units from both production and RMA return and supervise test technicians on proper repair of defective parts.
• Prepare and keep up-to-date test working instructions and tester set-up procedures to be in compliance with cooperate ISO standard procedures.
• Lead the yield improvement activities and test process time reduction and productivity.
• Support new production bidding and new production introduction (NPI) activities as well as test capacity increase according to plan.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance of all test equipment and golden samples to be in a good working condition at all time.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience as a Test Engineer in EMS or a related business.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, and VB. is a plus.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
