Responsibilities
• Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and technical services, responding to customer enquiries, contacting prospective customers and building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
• Negotiate and Review contracts to identify potential risks, liabilities and discrepancies.
• Participating in new equipment negotiation, Direction for installation, adjustment and testing of new equipment for new projects.
• Leading and Supporting Project Team, Engineering Design Team and Technician Staff, prepare project schedule, Coordinate, Monitor and Execute construction activities in the site.
• Managing multiple contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with the project plan and specifications, monitor quality of work, craftsmanship, and material used on-site.
• Performing overall quality control and documentation of the work.
• Manage the project budget and create a project schedule and timeline.
• Responsible / compliance for environment protection and safety compliance of new projects.
• Responsible for the Client expansion projects including biding for engineering projects, the plant workshop construction and management.
Qualifications
• Minimum bachelor’s degree with major in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Instrument Engineering or related.
• Male or Female, Age 30-50 years.
• Minimum 7 years solid project experiences or supervision in project, management/construction for Petro-Chemical Industry, factory construction site, or water treatment projects.
• Experience in preparing engineering drawings using CAD/CAM Circuit Design or any related software.
• Design Skills, Project Management, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Process Improvement, Technical/Engineering Standards Understanding.
• Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing problems and priorities.
• Documentation Skills, Safety Management/ Supervision.
• Good skills of communication, management or organizing; Good command of English.
