• ·  Develop electrical and instrumentation design criteria, load lists, single-line diagrams, power distribution, motor-control concepts, cable schedules, grounding, and lighting/utility requirements.

  ·  Prepare instrument index, datasheets, I/O list, loop diagrams, hook-ups, junction-box schedules, cause-and-effect/interlock matrix, alarm list, and control philosophy.

  ·  Select and specify MCCs, switchgear, VFDs, motors, panels, PLC/HMI/SCADA hardware, power supplies, field instruments, analyzers, actuated valves, and communication networks.

  ·  Design PLC/HMI control sequences and coordinate programming, graphics, data logging, remote monitoring, communications, permissive, trips, fail-safe states, and manual/automatic operation.

  ·  Review P&IDs and equipment packages for measurement, control, protection, maintainability, cable/access needs, and interfaces with Process, Mechanical, Civil, vendors, and customer systems.

  ·  Perform equipment and vendor technical evaluations, review drawings/documents, clarify deviations, and support procurement, panel fabrication, and factory acceptance testing.

  ·  Survey existing installations; verify power availability, short-circuit/protection interfaces, earthing, signal types, network requirements, hazardous-area classification, and tie-in/shutdown constraints.

  ·  Supervise electrical/instrument installation, cable routing/termination, panel work, grounding, calibration, loop checks, insulation/continuity tests, I/O checks, and site acceptance testing.

  ·  Lead or support energization, dry/wet commissioning, control-loop tuning, troubleshooting, performance tests, operator training, punch-list closure, and handover.

  ·  Maintain revisions, redlines, test records, backups, parameter lists, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and change-control records while enforcing HSE, LOTO, quality, and customer requirements.

·  Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

·  At least 2-5 years in E&I design, panel/PLC engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, or maintenance for water treatment, process plants, utilities, chemicals, or industrial projects.

·  Practical knowledge of low-voltage power distribution, MCCs, motors/VFDs, protection, grounding, cables, industrial instruments, analyzers, control valves, and PLC/HMI systems.

·  Able to develop and review SLDs, schematics, I/O and cable schedules, loop diagrams, control narratives, interlocks, and commissioning/test records.

·  Experience with common PLC/HMI platforms and industrial communications such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet-based networks, or equivalent is preferred.

·  Knowledge of applicable IEC/TIS standards, electrical safety/LOTO, EMC/earthing good practice, and hazardous-area concepts is an advantage; a Thai professional license is valued where applicable.

·  Strong Thai communication and working English for specifications, manuals, vendor coordination, reports, and customer meetings.

·  Valid driving license and willingness to travel, work at industrial sites, and support planned shutdowns or critical commissioning outside normal hours.
