IT Engineer - Universal Process Chemicals and Equipment Services Co., Ltd.

·  Maintain an IT roadmap, annual budget, priorities, standards, and improvement plan aligned with business growth, operational risk, and department requirements.

·  Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, storage, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet links, firewalls, VPN, UPS, printers, endpoints, and related infrastructure.

·  Administer user identities, email, Microsoft 365 or equivalent cloud services, shared drives, collaboration tools, permissions, groups, and secure remote access.

·  Support business applications for accounting, finance, payroll, purchasing, inventory, quotations, CRM, project control, service, laboratory, and document management; coordinate vendors, upgrades, licences, access rights, testing, integration, and controlled changes.

·  Implement cybersecurity, backup, recovery, and continuity controls including endpoint protection, patching, MFA, firewall rules, least-privilege access, phishing awareness, logging, incident response, and documented restoration tests.

·  Provide responsive user support and root-cause troubleshooting; manage service records, employee onboarding and offboarding, accounts, devices, IT assets, software licences, warranties, replacement planning, purchasing, and cost control.

·  Improve workflows through forms, dashboards, databases, reporting, scripting, APIs, no-code tools, and responsible use of AI; remove repetitive work only after process owners approve requirements and controls.

·  Support secure IT and operational-technology interfaces for HMI workstations, PLC networks, IoT gateways, remote monitoring, CCTV, and access control in coordination with E&I engineers and specialist vendors.

·  Maintain diagrams, inventories, configurations, SOPs, recovery instructions, change logs, vendor contacts, and controlled credentials; comply with PDPA, ISO 9001, customer, safety, and confidentiality requirements.

·  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

·  At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, network support, business applications, or end-user support; experience in an SME, engineering, service, or industrial environment is preferred.

·  Practical knowledge of Windows clients and servers, identity and access management, TCP/IP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, NAS/storage, backup, endpoint security, and hardware troubleshooting.

·  Experience administering Microsoft 365 or comparable cloud services and supporting accounting, ERP, payroll, CRM, inventory, or workflow applications; able to evaluate vendors, control changes, document configurations, and explain technical matters clearly.

·  Database, SQL, PowerShell, Python, API integration, reporting/dashboard, automation, cloud administration, or IT/OT network experience is an advantage.

·  Working knowledge of cybersecurity, backup and recovery, software licensing, data protection, access control, and IT service-management practices; strong Thai and working English, with a valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
