Responsibilities

ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice) ใบวางบิล ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และใบกำกับภาษีทั้งในและต่างประเทศ

ตรวจสอบและคัดแยกเอกสารประกอบชุดวางบิลให้ครบถ้วน

จัดส่งเอกสารวางบิลให้ลูกค้าตามรอบเวลาที่กำหนด

บันทึกตั้งลูกหนี้การค้าและบันทึกรับชำระเงินในระบบบัญชี

จัดทำรายงานภาษีขายและกระทบยอดเงินรับประจำวัน/ประจำเดือน

ติดตามทวงถามหนี้และประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายหรือลูกค้าเรื่องการชำระเงิน [1, 2, 3]

Qualifications

มีความรู้ความสามารถในใช้โปรแกรม Express

อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี

วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี

สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี

มีประสบการณ์การทำงานทางบัญชี

มีความรับผิดชอบ และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน
