: Manage and oversee customer service operations for ocean freight shipments (import and export).

: Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.

: Review and verify shipping documentation such 

: Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.

: Provide guidance to customers regarding import/export procedures and customs clearance processes.

: Resolve shipment-related issues such as delays, documentation discrepancies, and claims.

: Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong business relationships.

: Support and mentor junior customer service staff.

: Coordinate with the sales team to provide logistics solutions and service information to customers.

: Prepare operational reports and customer service performance reports.

: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields.

: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Ocean Freight or Freight Forwarding industry.

: Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance processes.

: Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

: Excellent coordination and communication skills.

: Good command of English in both written and spoken.
