Responsibilities
ความรับผิดชอบ / หน้าที่:
- ติดต่อลูกค้าโดยเฉพาะเรื่องการขนส่งสินค้าขาเข้า
- ทำความเข้าใจซอฟต์แวร์ EDI ของศุลกากร
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการขนส่งก่อนส่งผ่าน EDI ของศุลกากร
- ประสานงานกับทีมขนส่งเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าได้รับการผ่านพิธีการศุลกากรตามข้อตกลงระดับบริการ หรือถูกระงับโดยศุลกากร
- หาแนวทางแก้ไขและให้คำแนะนำแก่ลูกค้า
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุ 25-35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในตำแหน่ง ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
- สามารถใช้ระบบโปรแกรมด้านพิธีการได้ – NetBay, KSoft, EDS หรืออื่นๆ
- มีความรู้ด้านพิธีการ และขั้นตอนต่างๆ หากมีประสบการณ์ทั้งด้านขาเข้าและขาออกจะเป็นประโยชน์
- มีความเข้าใจในภาษาอังกฤษพอควร
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และประสานงานผู้อื่นได้ดี
