Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day network operation service, incident, problem, request and change management.
- Design, Installation and troubleshooting for hardware, software and application for Data Center and Cloud Technology.
- Maintain, Optimize and resolve network infrastructure to meet SLA.
- Monitor network performance, Ensure Availability and Reliability. Prepare monthly report.
- Install and basic configure operating systems.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries (Nipa Cloud Production).
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Engineer, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience on network infrastructure support for at least 2 years.
- Experience on configuration network related such as VLAN, BGP, Firewall L7.
- Strong communication in Thai Language skills, and Proficiency in English
- Experience on VLAN, VXLAN, Spanning Tree, MPLS, Port Aggregation, CIDR, Routing Protocals (Static, OSPF,BGP ) would be a plus.
- Experience in Network Management Tool (Prtg, Cacti Zabbix).
- Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box, Openstack) is an advantage.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Experience in Ticket system for customers.
- Experience Google cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS is an advantage.
- Willing to self-study for network knowledge and learn new knowledge from team
- Have CCNA, CCNP is an advantage.
- Able to work in shifts.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
