Responsibilities
- วางระบบควบคุมต้นทุน (Cost Control) ของโครงการ/งานประมูลและงานที่ได้รับมาแล้วให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และตรวจสอบได้
- ร่วมกับทีมบัญชีและการเงินในการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน รายได้ และกำไรของแต่ละโครงการ เพื่อใช้ในการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการบันทึกบัญชีให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานบัญชีและข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อรองรับการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าตลาดหลักทรัพย์
- พัฒนาระบบ Internal Controls ที่ช่วยเพิ่มความโปร่งใสและลดความเสี่ยงทางการเงิน
- วิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างระหว่างงบประมาณ (Budget) และค่าใช้จ่ายจริง (Actual) พร้อมจัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์ (Variance Analysis) เสนอผู้บริหาร
- สนับสนุนการจัดทำเอกสารทางบัญชี การตรวจสอบจากผู ้สอบบัญชี และการรายงานสำหรับผู้ลงทุน
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานหลายฝ่าย เช่น ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ เพื่อให้การบริหารต้นทุนเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
- เสนอแนะแนวทางการปรับปรุงกระบวนการบัญชีและการควบคุมภายในอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาบัญชี การเงิน
- มีประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในด้าน Cost Control, Project Accounting, หรือ Internal Controls
- มีความเข้าใจเรื่องการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (IPO readiness) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน การคุมต้นทุน และการทำรายงานสำหรับผู้บริหาร
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถทำงานเป็นระบบ และจัดลำดับความสำคัญได้ดี
- มี Positive Mindset และทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี, ERP หรือเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีทั ้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- *หากเคยมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในธุรกิจด้าน IT/Technology/Software จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
