Responsibilities

- Manage office procurement such as office supplies, pantry room, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors, request quotations, Handle PR, PO processes, and Prepare payment documents for the accounting team for payment processing.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organized.
- Coordinate with building management for maintenance issues such as repairs, lighting replacement, and other facility-related matters.
- Manage the maid to maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Arrange company transportation and manage drivers' support, management, and business operations.
- Support overseas service for expats, such as visa, work permit, apartment rental, and any facilities Support for expat & family.
- Provide General administrative and operational Support for the office.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

< Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 26 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in the field of General Affairs, Administration or related (Experience in procurement, company car arrangement, visa & work permit and etc.)
- Conversational high in English, both writing and speaking for documents and emails
- Good in using computer software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AI, etc.
- Able to work under pressure and work as team.
- Adjustable personality, high motivation and Positive thinking.

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Flexible schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 – 9:00am to 16:00 – 18:00pm. Work in Office, and Work From Home, depends on the discussion in the team)
