Responsibilities
• Able to oversee Sales activities in Southern area.
• Maintain relationship with existing clients 20% and expand market and new clients 80% in Southern area.
• Have to visit clients by own car and drive by yourself, and have to visit head office in Chonburi every quarterly.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries such as manufacturing, cement, steel, power, F&B, chemicals, and OEMs.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
• Promote and sell gearboxes and geared motors to OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and prepare sales proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve set sales targets.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored specifically for the Thailand market.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize promotional materials and strategies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Provide technical support and ensure effective after-sales service.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product improvement processes.
• Ensure the preparation and submission of timely quotations aligned with KPIs and lead-time targets.
• Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports on activities and results.
• Submit work orders, weekly/monthly sales reports, expense reports, and timesheets as per schedule.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for market penetration and growth.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years experience as Sales Engineer in in Gearbox and Gear Motor Industry only.
• Conversational high level of English. (Internal communication and communication with oversea customer)
• Able to use MS Office and ERP system. (Oracle)
• Must have own car and driving license.
• Able to visit client in Southern area and come to office in Chonburi every quarter.
• Have resident in Southern area is an advantage.
• Good command in English is an advantage. (TOEIC 700 up)

Working Hour: 8:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri No SAT (work in office have break at 10:00AM-10:10AM, 15:30PM-15:40PM)
