Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee employee accommodation arrangements and transportation services.
• Coordinate and arrange meals for employees assigned to work off-site.
• Handle business visa and BOI visa processes for employees assigned overseas or on business support assignments, including monitoring 90-day reporting and related documentation.
• Review and process daily administrative expense reimbursements and manage supporting receipt documentation.
• Plan and organize company activities such as team-building events and annual parties.
• Procure, maintain inventory, and distribute office supplies and consumable materials.
• Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenses.
• Manage contracts, related documentation, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
• Oversee office facilities, workplace environment, and back-office support functions, including office equipment maintenance.
• Provide support for HR functions and other departments as assigned.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years of working experience in general administrative duties and support functions.
• Understanding of visa processes (e.g., business visa, BOI visa) for overseas assignments.
• Conversation middle - high level of Chinese (HSK 5 up)
• Daily conversation level of English.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively will be preferable.
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be preferable.

Languages skills

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
• Mandarin: Conversational

Workplace Area: WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1 Pluak Daeng, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri Saturday Working: Depends on shift (1 sat /month))
