Responsibilities

• Analyze and control production costs in accordance with the company’s budget plan.
• Prepare product cost reports and analyze costs to support business decision-making.
• Monitor and control the calculation of Standard Cost and Actual Cost.
• Prepare financial statements and financial reports, close financial statements, and use accounting software such as Express.
• Review the completeness and accuracy of financial statements and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports for presentation to management, the board of directors, and shareholders.
• Supervise and provide guidance on accounting and taxation matters.
• Control, supervise, review, and provide guidance on Fixed Asset and Inventory accounting to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Plan taxes appropriately to maximize organizational benefits.
• Follow up on accounts receivable collections and submit VAT filings (PP.30) to the Revenue Department.
• Review depreciation calculations and record depreciation expenses accurately according to actual transactions.
• Examine supporting details related to financial statement accounts.
• Prepare overseas investment financial reports for a company with 100% foreign shareholders.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting field from any manufacturing.
• At least 2 years as an Assistant Manager or Manager level.
• Must be able to create and prepare documents for monthly and yearly closing.
• Experience in costing and supporting BOI and Payroll.
• Experience in Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), tax regulations, and knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Holds CPD license.
• Proficient in using Express accounting software.
• Conversational daily level (Report to HQ and email).
• Live near Rayong
• No job hopper
• Hold CPA license will be preferable

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None

Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate Pluakdaeng, Rayong
Working Hour: 7:00-16:40 (Monday – Friday No Saturday working)
