Responsibilities
• Execute assignments and tasks assigned by management, including follow-ups with current and potential customer inquiries.
• Assist management in implementing plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Provide translation services (Mandarin to English/Thai and vice versa) for communications with Chinese customers.
• Translate Chinese documents and technical drawings into English or Thai.
• Handle inquiries, quotation requests, and other communication from Chinese customers.
• Provide customer service support on technical and administrative matters, liaising with internal and external parties to address customer requirements, expectations, complaints, and project management needs.
• Build and develop strong rapport with Chinese customers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Perform other relevant duties and assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience as an interpreter or secretary in any company.
• Conversational level in middle - high level of Chinese (HSK 5).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of technical engineering terms to collaborate with the Chinese (Mandarin) headquarters plant will be preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working : 1 time per month on average)
