Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for HR, GA all function.
• Manage for guideline yearly and monthly evaluation and promotion for all employee.
• Calculate payroll and bonus and monitor the employee's benefits and welfare systems. Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems and procedure.
• Assist to develop HRD/HRM such as recruitment, Training, Compensation, Labor law, ect.
• Assist in analyzing effectiveness and using it to drive HR policies and strategies
• Train and develop the capabilities of subordinates to work efficiently and continuously improve their skills to increase the productivity.
• Collaborate with the management team to craft the company's vision and mission.
• Assume responsibility for labor and employee relations and ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Human resource management/ Public Administration/ Business Administration or related field
• Have working experience at least 7 years of HRM and HRD from any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 2 years as HR Assistant Manager
• Strong experience of employee performance evaluation, benefit and welfare and payroll
• Have working experience of Employee Relation and Labor law
• Able to deal with Labor union
• Conversational middle-high level of English *Interview and work in English
• Have TOEIC score more than 700 will be preferable
• Have JLPT N3-N1 will be preferable

Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn (Phase 2) Muang Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday working : Average 1-2 times per month)
