Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
・Review and coordinate construction drawings for civil and MEP systems
・Support the design and planning of electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation infrastructure
・Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clients and subcontractors
・Prepare progress reports, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation
・Participate in site meetings, inspections, and handover processes
・Assist in construction scheduling and quality control processes
・Other assigned tasks
Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Engineering or related field
・At least 2 years of experience in Facility engineering, preferably with MEP coordination
・Knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems in building construction
・Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools
・Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
・Familiarity with instrumentation/control system infrastructure
・Fluent/Business level of English
・Valid Thai engineering license

English level : Basic
Japanese level : None

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday)
