Responsibilities

<Job responsibilities>

This position is responsible for BOI-related operations as part of the overall administrative and back-office functions.
*This position offers the potential to step into a leadership role in the future, as the company is seeking a candidate who can gradually take ownership of the administration function.
1. BOI-Related Operations (Core Responsibility)
- Handle BOI applications and renewals
- Prepare and submit BOI reports
- Coordinate with relevant authorities
- Manage and maintain documentation in compliance with BOI regulations
*Note: This is not a standalone BOI specialist role, but BOI responsibilities will be handled as part of broader administrative duties.
2. Import / Export Coordination
- Prepare shipping documents (e.g., shipping Lists)
- Submit required documentation to relevant government authorities
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics companies
- Monitor daily import/export transactions (approximately 2–3 cases per day)
*Most operational procedures are outsourced to logistics providers; this role focuses on internal coordination and document control.
3. General Administration
- Manage contracts and important company documentation
- Support general administrative and office operations
- Coordinate with internal departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of work experience as Admin/Import-Export with BOI-related operations
- Basic understanding of import/export procedures
- Basic level of English for document tasks

<Preferable Skill / Experience>

- Working Experience in a Japanese company
- Experience in general administration or back-office functions
- Strong organizational and coordination skills

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: U-Thai, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday (Saturday: depends on company calendar))
