Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare documents related to ISO and IATF standards and manage document control according to ISO9000 and IATF16949 (receipt, issuance management of documents from each department).
• Coordinate with internal departments for ISO/IATF audits, including scheduling dates and contacting relevant members.
• Support the ISO and IATF audit management process (internal, external).
• Input data for IMDS (International Material Data System) and manage environmental hazardous substances (e.g., SOC).
• Liaise with suppliers regarding IMDS/SOC data requests.
• Handle other document control center (DCC) related tasks and ISO/IATF compliance support activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Thai leader and Japanese manager.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 20-30 years
• Any Gender
• High Diploma
• Conversational level (advanced low to middle) English proficiency for reading and writing documents.
• At least 3 year of experience as an ISO officer in a manufacturing company.
• Ability to commute to work independently.
• Skill in ISO9000 and IATF16949 standards.
• Have experience in supporting ISO/IATF audit is an advantage
• Have experience in the IMDS/SOC process is an advantage
• Previous work experience in a Japanese company is an advantage

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 Mon-Fri (1 time at the last Saturday of the Month)
