Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily accounting, settlement, and taxation, to ensure that the overall operations comply with company policies, procedures, accounting standards, taxation standards, as well as Thailand regulations and audit requirements.
• Ensure that the company complies with all local legislation with the timely filing of all tax and other required forms such as DBD, BOI annual reports.
• Perform monthly accounting activities, including but not limited to preparing monthly journal entries related to the lease accounting system and other necessary adjustments for correct accounting closing.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and note to financial statements (Quarterly and year-end).
• Work with an external auditor for quarterly reviewed and audited financial statements.
• Manage and supervise all aspects of cost accounting operations, including product costing, inventory control, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Implement and maintain standard cost systems including BOMs, routings, and overhead settings.
• Prepare annual budget, forecasting cost & financial control.
• Analyze financial project reports and conduct presentations of relevant reports to the Management team and board of directors.
• Create policies and procedures related to financial, accounting and procurement aspects.
• Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking institutions.

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Put GPAX in resume)
• Have working experience at least 5 years in accounting field from automotive manufacturing.
• Have management experience at least 2 years as Assistant Manager or higher level.
• Must have CPD license.
• Must have hands-on experience in financial closing.
• Conversation middle - high level of English (Report to JP GM, report to foreign top management, interview in English)
• Not job hopper
• CPA license will be preferable

Working Hour: 7:55-16:55 (Saturday Working: Every other Saturday)
