Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Oversee and Manage construction activities at Factory and plant sites.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance with local laws.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot/resolve technical problems.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports, documentation, and progress updates related to construction activities.
- Liaise and coordinate with government authorities for necessary permits, approvals, and site-specific regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field
- Conversational (middle-level) English proficiency for internal and client communication
- At least 5 years of working experience as a site engineer in construction control of factories, plants, and buildings
- Holding an Associate Engineer license or a Professional Engineer license
- Ability to drive and own a car for commuting to project sites
- Strong project management, supervision, and Coordination skills
- Diligent attention to compliance, safety, and quality standards
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Have knowledge in Mechanical / Electrical engineering
- working Experience in a Japanese construction company or MNC company
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday (Saturday: depends on the project))
