Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support sales operations and administrative tasks for the sales team.
• Prepare and manage sales-related documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding orders and inquiries.
• Handle correspondence and communication in English.
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing related documents.
• Support customer relationship management activities.
• Perform other assigned administrative duties to support business operations.
• Other tasks might be assigned
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years experience in Sales Support or Purchasing at General Trading or Electronics industries
• Experience in handling order placement and delivery in PC softwares
• Conversational high level of English (Communication with report line)
• Experience in Japanese companies is advantage
• Japanese speaking skill is advantage
