Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Calculate product costs and classify costs based on actual production costs and expenses 
• Calculate cost of sales for finished goods, semi-finished products, components, and subcontractor products 
• Review and analyze production costs, material usage, labor costs, and overhead allocation
• Monitor and review stock balances of Raw Material (RM), Work in Process (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG) for costing accuracy
• Review inventory reconciliation processes between physical stock count and system balances
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and related departments regarding costing and inventory matters
• Ensure accounting transactions and journal entries are accurately and timely recorded
• Review all accounting documents and transactions before posting into the accounting system
• Supervise month-end closing activities and ensure timely submission of financial reports to management and corporate office
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements
• Analyze financial data and provide accounting reports for management review and decision-making
• Ensure accounting records are maintained in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
• Review monthly tax reports including VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and other related taxes
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and compliance with Revenue Department regulations
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities regarding accounting and tax matters
• Review and approve General Ledger (G/L), Account Payable (A/P), Account Receivable (A/R), and Fixed Asset transactions 
• Control and monitor petty cash transactions and payment voucher approvals 
• Review payment transactions and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and proper authorization 
• Monitor cash flow and support funding management activities when required 
• Supervise, coach, and develop accounting team members to ensure effective performance and continuous improvement 
• Assign and monitor accounting tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion 
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or higher management

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
• At least 7 years of experience in accounting functions from manufacturing field
• At least 2 years of management experience as Assistant Manager or higher level.
• Experience in accounting standards, taxation, costing, inventory, and financial reporting
• Experience leading internal and external auditing
• Must be able to create and prepare documents for monthly and yearly closing (from manufacturing field).
• Must have CPD license
• Good understanding of government regulations, tax laws, and accounting compliance requirements 
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems 
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities 
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under pressure within deadlines 
• Good communication and coordination skills with all levels within the organization 
• Positive attitude, high responsibility, and strong sense of confidentiality
• Conversational middle - high level in English (Report to French CFO and Belgium GM / Interview in English)
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle helmet, composite product, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred

Workplace Area: Klaeng, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday / Saturday working: Everage 2 Sat per month)
