Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Improve production processes and manufacturing efficiency to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste.
• Control and monitor production operations across the PCBA and EMS assembly lines, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Plan and manage production schedules based on customer orders, material availability, and capacity.
• Track daily production progress and output, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build, develop, and manage the production team, including core staff and contract workers.
• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities effectively to team members, balancing workload and priorities.
• Lead and promote continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities on the production floor.
• Conduct root cause analysis (e.g., using 5 Whys, Fishbone diagram) for production issues and non-conformities.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on analysis findings.
• Follow up on implemented actions to verify effectiveness and sustain improvements.
• Manage and develop team members' skills through training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance overall team capability.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, efficiency, and quality.
• Drive the production team to achieve organizational targets as outlined in the business plan.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Higher Vocational Certificate (Diploma) / Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of working experience in a production control in electronics or automotive manufacturing industry.
• At least 2 years management experienced as Supervisor up
• Strong background in Production Control, Production Planning, and Inventory Management (Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods).
• Proven experience in team management and production process improvement.
• Conversation middle - high level of Japanese. (Communicate with Japanese management)
• Japanese language skills (N2 up) will be an advantage

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Conversational
Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate 3
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday (Sat : 18 sat per year depends on company calendar))
