Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Support the creation of new Business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Support administrative operations, including budgeting, accounting, HR, and general corporate functions.
- Assist the managing Director and managers with various management, planning, and administrative tasks.
- Identify and contact potential Thai clients to Support Business development activities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and Business partners.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and Business intelligence gathering as requested.
- Support the management, monitoring, and execution of subsidiary companies' business plans and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of Business performance reports, budgets, forecasts, and management presentations.
- Support asset management activities, including monitoring portfolio companies, tracking key Business and Financial KPIs, and identifying operational risks and improvement opportunities.
- Assist management in evaluating new investment opportunities, Business partnerships, and expansion projects through research and Financial/Business analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding investment, Business operations, and strategic projects.
- Support post-investment activities and ongoing portfolio management to ensure alignment with Business objectives.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and other administrative tasks related to Business operations.

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years’ experience in financial industry/ financial sector or investment / business management related fields
- Conversational High level of Japanese and English (for external communication)
- Have the logical and analytical Skill of thinking
- Good networking and experience in large local companies or government organization are an advantage
- Good in basic computer programs and Microsoft Office.
- Pleasant personality, leadership skills, service minded, well-organized, active, fast learning,
communication skills, good personality with services mind.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economic, Accounting or Japanese
- Fluent/Business level of Japanese, Chinese.
- Foreign Study Experience in Japan

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)
