Responsibilities

<Job responsibilities>

To drive cross-plant equipment performance improvement, energy efficiency, and manufacturing optimization by identifying bottlenecks, evaluating new technologies, and implementing standardized best practices across multiple plants, while supporting capital upgrade projects and change management processes to improve overall operational efficiency and ROI.
1. Cross-Plant Equipment and Process Inspection
- Tour the three plants to assess the operational efficiency of key equipment
- Identify capacity bottlenecks and potential energy consumption issues
2. Introduction of External New Technologies and Green Energy Information
- Continuously collect information on new equipment and automated processes
- Observe energy-saving and carbon-reduction technologies in the market
- Conduct preliminary feasibility and return on investment (ROI) assessments
- Plan specific improvement plans for each plant
3. Internal Best Practice Replication
- Coordinate with engineering and equipment supervisors from all three plants
- To standardize and promote successful improvement practices across plants
- Share energy-saving achievements and operational improvement experiences between plants
4. Project Change Management (MOC) Assistance
- Serve as a central coordinator for major equipment upgrade projects
- Support new production line installation and setup
- Assist in reviewing management of Change (MOC) processes
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications
5. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications

<Necessary Skill / Experience>


- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 27 - 40 years old

- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Control, or related engineering disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in Factory Production, Equipment Projects, or Continuous Process
- Conversational High level in English (Communicate with Taiwanese Report Line and Customers, email, report, and documents)
- Able to Drive and willing to travel from Bangkok to various factories (Required to be stationed at the factory for the first 3 months to understand factory operations; subsequent adjustments will be made based on business needs) 
- Familiar with basic office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Supervisors in various plants in a cooperative and assistive manner, thus ensuring the smooth progress of projects
- Possesses excellent AutoCAD drawing and basic drafting Skills and can compare PID drawings
- Possesses strong cross-plant/cross-department coordination Skills and influence without official authority, enabling them to communicate with engineering
- Possess a High level of enthusiasm and understanding of new technologies and equipment on the market

<Preferred Skill / Experience>

- Experience in a Chinese company
- Experience in a chemical or Food Processing plant
