Modern Trade Sales Executive (Insulation) (40K–60K) (SDG-132125) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

<Job responsibilities>
1. Key Responsibility- Conduct regular store visits across assigned department store branches.- Provide detailed product information and consultation to customers.- Support and coach in-store staff to Improve product knowledge and selling confidence.- Build strong relationships with store teams and key stakeholders2. Project Support Responsibility- Accompany department store project teams on site visits- Provide technical product guidance in real project environments- Assist in presenting suitable insulation solutions to customers- To support store team in handling complex customer requirements and improving conversion- To ensure proper product display and point of sale materials are in place- Collect customer insights, feedback, and potential leads- Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior- Support in-store promotional activities and events3. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25 - 35 years old- Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years of experience in Sales from the Building or Construction Materials Industry- Experience in selling through modern trade or retail channels, such as home improvement stores and department stores- Conversational high level in English  (Communicate with the branch companies and communicate via email with customers)- Basic knowledge in Construction materials, home improvement, or technical products- Ability to Travel upcountry to Visit stores and job sites- Good personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills- Strong sense of responsibility and Ability to work independently
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognized University- knowledge in the insulation business- knowledge of the Building and Construction industry- Have personal car with a driving license for visiting customers

Workplace Area: Airport Rail Link Ramkhamhaeng Working Hour:  8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday)
