<Job responsibilities>
- Lead consulting projects to Deliver practical business solutions, build strong client relationships, and achieve successful project outcomes.- This position will focus on Japanese clients1.Consulting project- Take responsibility of managing multiple projects- Lead, direct teams, and work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives- Support in executing solutions by hands-on approaches to achieve project goals2.Communication- Communicate findings and recommendations as deliverables to clients- Build trust-based relationships with clients through close collaboration to grasp their concerns, design change plans, and gain acceptance for the team's proposed solutions3.Marketing and Sales- In charge of some sales and Marketing activities- Assist in the process of proposal development and pitching- Present at conferences and events to represent the company and expand the company's network4.Organization- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to maintain high standard of project delivery and foster their professional growth- Contribute to the development of the company's consulting methodology and approach

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 24 - 35 years old- Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years relevant experience as Consultant, Business analyst,, Business planning, Product Planning Project manager, Data analyse at top-tier consulting firms - Business level to Fluent in Japanese language, with JLPT N2 up (to Communicate with Japanese clients as consultant)- Conversation high to business level in English  (to Communicate with clients and external parties)- Microsoft offices esp. Excel and Powerpoint for presentation- Problem solving skills: ability to analyze, resolve complex problems, and formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections  - Excellent interpersonal skills: Excellent communication with people who are of differing levels of seniority, analytical understandings and backgrounds- Organized and structured: CAN Manage multiple, competing priorities and Deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure- Enjoy learning new things and initiating new changes- Strong commitment to results, output quality and deadline- Strive to have a tangible impact on Thai businesses- Proactiveness and intelligent curiosity- Comfortable working in ambiguous and dynamic situations and able to work without close supervision- Have a client-oriented perspective
