Warehouse Manager (Manufacturing) (40K–60K) (SDG-132293) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

<Job responsibilities>
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.- Manage Inventory levels and Ensure stock accuracy.- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures.- Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and other departments.- Monitor warehouse performance and Prepare operational reports.- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency.- Manage warehouse budgets and Control operating costs.- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints related to warehouse activities.- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.- At least 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management with a manager or in a similar supervisory role.- Conversational high-level in English for internal and document task- knowledge of warehouse operations, Inventory management, and logistics.- Strong Leadership and team management skills.- Good organizational and Problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Understanding of workplace safety regulations.
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in automotive manufacturing
