Accounting Manager (Manufacturing) (50K–70K) (SDG-132414) - RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.

<Job responsibilities>
- Manage accounting and finance operations, financial reporting, cost accounting, and BOI-related activities.- Develop and control cost accounting processes, including production cost analysis and cost improvement initiatives.- Manage cash flow planning, budgeting, and financial analysis to Support business decisions- Oversee BOI privilege management, documentation, reporting, and compliance with BOI requirements.- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.- Review and approve financial statements, account reconciliations, and closing entries in compliance.- Lead, supervise, and Develop the accounting team to improve operational efficiency and work performance.- Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, government authorities, and related parties as required.- Prepare financial reports and provide analysis and recommendations to Support management decision-making.- Ensure compliance including TPM, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, TLS8001, and IATF16949.- Other tasks as assigned by the management.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree in Accounting- At least 7 years of Experience in Accounting, Finance, Cost Accounting, BOI, and Closing Process from manufacturing- At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager with subordinates- Conversational High level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management and Headquarters, emails, reports, and documents)- Have CPD License- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft office and accounting/ERP systems- Strong leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in a Japanese company- Experience in Automotive manufacturing or Trading business- Experience in automotive quality systems such as IATF 16949, PPAP, and APQP will be an advantage.
