<Job responsibilities>
- Develop and implement the SSC Taxation strategy in cooperation with relevant stakeholders- Ensure that all Taxation team members have suitable skills and Perform at a high standard- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team- Ensure effective controls to prevent/detect risks and that all Taxation activities are accurate and timely- Provide transparent and timely reporting to stakeholders- Develop and implement SSC Treasury strategy with stakeholders- Ensure team capability and high-performance standards- Drive continuous improvement initiatives- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure accurate and timely execution of Treasury activities- Provide clear and timely reporting to stakeholders- Develop and implement SSC Compliance & reporting strategy- Ensure team capability and performance standards- Promote a culture of continuous improvement- Ensure proper controls and compliance with all regulatory requirements- Provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders- Oversee end-to-end AP and AR operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing- Ensure Compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risks- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives- Monitor service levels and ensure high-Quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders- Hire, train, and Develop Managers and team members- Lead and motivate the team to ensure effective collaboration and performance- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, Understand their needs, and manage expectations- Proactively identify and Drive improvement initiatives, ensuring timely completion- Lead or Participate in strategic and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Regional head of Shared Services

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 40 - 50 years old- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field- At least 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Shared Services in any industry- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple finance functions- Conversational business-level English (to collaborate effectively with Regional and overseas stakeholders)- Proven Experience leading a finance Shared service Centre or Global business Services (GBS) environment- Strong Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, Taxation, Treasury management, and financial controls- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar- Experience with KPI management and Shared service performance metrics- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Master's degree (MBA or Finance-related) is preferred- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or other professional accounting qualification is highly preferred- Additional Asian language skills would Be an advantage
