Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Handle Documentation for trading business related to chemicals, including PO, delivery arrangement, shipping documents, payment arrangements, etc.- Communicate with business partners Both internal and external for smooth business operation- Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues promptly and professionally- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics providers for inbound deliveries- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 22 - 28 years old- Bachelor's degree, Candidate A or B can apply ((Transcripted is required for consideration))- A : Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Management, Industrial Management or related field - B : At least 1 year experience in Sales Support, Purchasing, Import export fields from trading, manufacturing or distribution company- Conversation High to Business in English (To communicate with Japanese management, external parties and oversea steakholders), with TOEIC 700+- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)- Hard work, good communication skills- Willingness to learn
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Knowledge or interest in chemical- Experience in Japanese trading company- Japanese language skill
