Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage daily QA/QC operations and supervise the quality team.
• Handle supplier audits, customer audits, and quality improvement activities.
• Investigate quality issues, customer claims, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and improve inspection processes based on IATF 16949.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding quality requirements.
• Lead the QA/QC team and provide guidance to subordinates.
• Report quality performance and support communication with Japanese management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of QA/QC experience in automobile or machine parts manufacturer
• At least 1 years of experience in managing more than 5 subordinates
• Experience in supplier audits, customer audits, or quality improvement activities
• Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and quality management systems is an advantage
• Experience handling customer complaints and supplier quality issues is an advantage
• Experience leading audit responses and corrective action activities is an advantage
• English or Japanese communication skills is an advantage
