Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Control and improve casting processes for Disc Brake and Drum Brake production
• Analyze and solve casting defects and production issues
• Monitor process parameters and product quality
• Implement process improvement and cost reduction activities
• Prepare and maintain production and quality documents
• Support new model development and production trials
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years of experience in casting, foundry, or automotive manufacturing
• Knowledge of casting processes and quality control
• Able to understand engineering drawings and processes
• Experience in Disc Brake or Drum Brake manufacturing
• Experience in process improvement and scrap reduction
• Familiar with problem-solving tools (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D)
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and IATF 16949
• Basic level of English (for technical documents and internal communication)
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate Pluakdaeng, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30 (Mon - Fri, No Saturday working)
