Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Contact customers.
• Meeting with customers.
• Follow up forecast from customers and send them to purchase dept.
• Issue Invoice.
• Received PO from customers and record order.
• Follow up PO with customers.
• Cooperate with other departments to solve the problem about internal process and customer.
• Check stock with store dept.
• Other job assignment.
• Contact customers.
• Meeting with customers.
• Follow up forecast from customers and send them to purchase dept.

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year of working experience as Sales Support or Sales Coordinator in any manufacturing industry.
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed (Must have TOEIC 500 up)
• Conversational middle level in English *Use for email and document
• Service-oriented mindset and a high level of empathy toward customers and colleagues.
• Good and bright personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office program.
• Able to attend face to face interview.
• TOEIC 500 up will be preferable
• Experience in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and IATF 16949:2016 will be preferable

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday – Friday Saturday working: average 1 Sat per month)
