Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage & control manpower for daily production plan achievement
• Conduct production machine or equipment troubleshooting
• Perform quality problem root cause analysis & implement countermeasures
• Maintain ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 system and control 4M changes
• Prepare production daily & monthly report summaries
• Maintain 5S & safety workplace in production line
• Implement continuous improvement for machining process, quality, and productivity
• Control production section consumables, spare parts, and expenses
• Manage cutting tools & tool life control
• Handle other jobs assigned from manager
• Manage & control manpower for daily production plan achievement

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production Technology or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Production Control in manufacturing company.
• 3 years experience in management with subordinates under control as Senior or Assistant Supervisor level.
• Strong experience Stamping or Press process.
• Conversational low level in English with ability to write emails & reports.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Knowledge in Root cause analysis, Systematic thinking, Kaizen, OEE, QCC
• No job hopper.
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1 Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon - Fir (Saturday average 3 days per year))
