Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- To manage procurement for raw materials, parts, and indirect materials to support production requirements.
- To coordinate with local and overseas suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders while maintaining accurate procurement records.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, cost, and delivery, and Follow up on corrective actions when necessary.
- To negotiate pricing, lead time, and commercial terms to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Coordinate with production, planning, warehouse, quality Assurance, and logistics for a smooth process.
- Manage procurement-related documents, including quotations, invoices, shipping, and supplier certifications.
- Analyze purchasing data and reports on delivery performance, procurement costs, and supplier performance.
- To support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Other tasks as assigned by the management.

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 24 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related Engineering field
- At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing or Procurement in raw materials from a Manufacturing or Trading Business
- Conversational High level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, Overseas Supplier, emails, reports, and documents)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP, or SAP
- Knowledge of automotive parts procurement processes and Experience working with suppliers.
- Experience in monitoring supplier performance in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in a Japanese company
- Experience in automotive manufacturing or trading business
- Experience in automotive quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, and APQP will be an advantage.
