Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure subordinates strictly comply with company rules, regulations, and workplace safety requirements
• Supervise and manage disciplinary actions in accordance with the Company's policies and work regulations
• Plan, control, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities for all machinery, robots, and jigs within the factory
• Analyze and continuously improve maintenance processes to reduce machine defects and prevent potential equipment failures
• Oversee machine breakdown repairs to restore operations promptly and minimize production downtime
• Plan manpower requirements and provide training and development programs for maintenance personnel
• Develop, review, and continuously improve departmental work procedures, standards, and related documentation
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for salary adjustment and bonus recommendations
• Prepare and control the maintenance budget, including spare parts procurement and necessary maintenance equipment
• Monitor and prepare maintenance performance reports, including operational results, costs, and expenses for management review
• Participate in organizational meetings and provide maintenance-related recommendations when required
• Review and approve maintenance-related documents and records in accordance with the Company's authorization matrix

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 8 years experience as Maintenance in automotive or machine industry
• At least 3 years of leadership experience to control subordinate from Assistant - Manager level.
• Ability to manage budgets and prepare maintenance plans (PM, PdM).
• Conversation low - middle level of English
• Experience maintenance in Robot , Welding, Press process.
• Experience Microsoft Power BI will be preferable

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate Pluak Daeng, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Mon - Fri (Saturday Working: 1-2 days / month))
