Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic plans and cost estimates for steel structure projects
• Assess project risks and manage budgets to ensure project execution aligns with company objectives
• Manage and supervise the team by assigning responsibilities
• Evaluate team performance and develop employees' skills
• Ensure operations are aligned with organizational goals
• Monitor and control project quality to ensure compliance with engineering standards
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements and safety regulations
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Purchasing, and Senior Management
• Coordinate and communicate with customers and construction contractors

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience as Project Engineer, Civil Engineer in the steel structure or construction industry.
• At least 5 years experience in managing subordinates as Manager level up.
• Conversational high level in English (listening and writing, to communicate with the president)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to make prompt and effective decisions.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Able to attend face to face interview.
• Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.

• Japanese : None

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Work in office - Monday – Saturday)
