<Job responsibilities>

- Organize and Optimize the warehouse layout to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of materials.
- Conduct meetings with customers to address warehouse-related issues and manage orders.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
- To supervise and train warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and packaging techniques
- Collaborate with the customer Service and logistics teams to Ensure timely manner.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery process.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using appropriate inventory management systems.
- To perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Implement quality control procedures to identify and address non-conforming materials.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory, receipts, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and operational metrics.
- To analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement to optimize warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Management.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of Experience in Freezone, Warehouse, Transportation, and 3PL in Freight Forwarder
- At least 5 years of Experience at the Managerial Level with Subordinates
- Conversational High level in English (Communicate with the Japanese Managing Director and foreign customers, emails, reports, and documents)
- Proficiency in warehouse management system, Transport management system, or ERP
- Able to visit customers sometimes (Around 1-2 times per year or more than this)
- Well-versed in logistics, transportation, and inventory software
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a pressured environment
- Unity, collaboration, communication, and detail-oriented

<Preferable skill/Experience>

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Experience in a Japanese company
- Experience in an Air freight forwarder
- Have a driving license

Workplace Area:  U-Thai, Ayutthaya
Working Hour:  8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday (Saturday Working: Has to stand by for the call from the operation team in case something happens, but if there is a major issue, has to go to the Warehouse))
