Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform CNC machine setup, program adjustments, and tooling optimization.
• Support stable production operations for CNC machining centers and CNC lathes.
• Troubleshoot dimensional issues, machining defects, and technical production problems.
• Assist in machining process improvement and process validation activities.
• Optimize cutting parameters and machining conditions to improve efficiency.
• Train and support machine operators on setup procedures and machining techniques.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to resolve process-related quality issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of practical CNC setup experience, capable of programming and setup for 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, proficient with general tooling and machining parameter settings.
• Capable of independently resolving on-site machining problems
• Experience with 5-axis machine tool operation is preferred.
• Experience with cast metal finishing is preferred.
• Graduation from a vocational high school or specialized training school with a major in numerical control or machinery is preferred.
• Basic conversational Chinese language skills are preferred.

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Saturday)
