Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead overall production engineering and technical support activities for CNC machining operations
• Develop and optimize machining programs, setups, and manufacturing processes
• Troubleshoot machining, dimensional, and production-related technical issues
• Drive productivity, yield improvement, and cost reduction projects
• Provide technical guidance for CNC machining centers and CNC lathes
• Develop and train production engineers and operators to strengthen technical capabilities
• Collaborate with the Quality team on process improvements and quality issue resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 6 years of experience in CNC machining
• At least 1 year manager experience with leading, training, and developing technical teams
• Strong experience in CNC programming, machine setup, and process optimization, including 3-axis and 4-axis machining, and able to sovle problems by own
• Experience in casting machining or cast iron precision machining will be preferable
• Vocational diploma or higher in Mechanical Manufacturing or Numerical Control Machining will be preferable
• Basic Chinese communication skills will be preferable (Communication with managers)
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Amata city Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Saturday)
